Making spotted muffins with a banana:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
First whisk the whites to a dense foam that will not spill if you tilt the plate.
Add sugar to the whipped proteins gradually, without ceasing to mix, so that a thick foam is obtained.
Add the yolks here and mix.
Now gradually, without stopping beating with a mixer (at low speed), add the sifted flour mixed with salt and baking powder, sunflower oil and sparkling water.
Add fork mashed banana at the end. Shuffle.
Step 2: divide the dough into two parts.
Divide the dough into approximately two parts, add cocoa powder in one and 3 tablespoons of flour in the other. Mix each part of the dough very carefully.
Step 3: bake the spotted muffins with a banana.
Lubricate the molds with butter and place the dough in them, alternating the chocolate and white parts. You can start with anyone. Layers approximately one tablespoon each, filling out the molds on 3/4.
Send the spotty cupcakes warm up before 180 degrees oven on 20 minutes. Check if the dough is ready by piercing it with a toothpick (at the exit it should be dry and clean).
Remove the finished baking from the molds and cool at room temperature.
Step 4: serve the spotted muffins with a banana.
Serve banana muffins after they have completely cooled. Such muffins are good as a dessert or a sweet snack for tea or other hot drinks. Both adults and children will eat them with pleasure. Therefore, cook more, they will not be lost.
Enjoy your meal!
