A recipe for tomato soup that is prepared with love and ease
- 600 g peeled tomatoes in their own juice (I used it in commercial cans)
- 2 cups of rice
- a carrot
- 3 onions
- a pepper
- salt to taste
- parsley
- a pepper powder
- 30 ml of oil
Servings: 8
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tomato soup:
The vegetables are cleaned and finely chopped. Saute for about 4-5 minutes in 30 ml of oil. At the same time, put a pot on the fire in which water is boiled. Add salt and rice. When the sauteed vegetables are ready, put them in rice water. After they boil for 20-25 minutes (depending on how the rice boils), add the peeled tomatoes and the tomato juice. Match salt to taste, add chopped parsley and pepper powder. Next to the soup I placed toast in butter with garlic and mint (Kotanyi spice).
Tip: I blended the vegetables a little before putting the peeled tomatoes.
