In a larger saucepan, heat the carrot together with the sliced ​​ham for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally so as not to burn.

Add finely chopped onion and leurda, pepper paste, spices to taste and leave for about 3 minutes on the fire and then add the bean pods (I had frozen) 2 l of warm water, dried thyme, cover the pot and let it boil from the moment boil for about 20 min.

Meanwhile, chop the greens (I used the blender), add the cream and mix well.

When the pods are cooked, add 2-3 tablespoons of soup over the sour cream, mix and pour the mixture into the soup.

Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat and if necessary add more salt to taste.

Moving on, beans clean the ends, wash very well and boil in salt-free water. Separately, clean and chop it onion average, which we put to quality in a little oil (I put 7 ml, to be exact) and as soon as it softens, add the boiled and well drained beans, as well as a cup of water in which it boiled. When the small frying is well simmered, take 200 gr sour cream (I used it with 18% fat) and it is diluted a little, with about 50 ml of water in which they boiled the pods, chewing continuously. In the sauce thus obtained I added 3 more puppies garlic well crushed, a little dill and parsley chopped semi-finely. Then pour the sauce over the beans and leave it on low heat, chewing in the pan so that the cream does not burn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The outcome:
