A simple, cool and tasty cake!
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a fruit cocktail of 230 gr
- fruit syrup
- 200 ml fresh
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fruit and cream cake:
Mix the eggs with the sugar until they become creamy, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix with a spatula. Put it in the tray (24 cm in diameter) greased with butter or lined with baking paper. Put it in the preheated oven on the right heat for 30 -40 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.
The fruits are drained and the syrup is kept for syruping the countertop.
Whip the cream.
In the tray in which I baked, put the top, syrup, put the fruit and put whipped cream on top and put it in the fridge.
You can use any kind of fruit.
The fruit can be cared for to be like a cream, but then a gelatin sachet is used.
