Grilled pangasius fillets with eggplant

Grilled pangasius fillets with eggplant

It was fast food yesterday, after I ran to Metro after the fish ... I arrived late because they didn't have anything for my pocket, so I was satisfied with pangaasius as well. It was there from the stand with fresh fish ... whether it is so or not, I don't know, I had another discussion on this topic on the site ...

  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 white eggplant
  • pt sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon cheese and sour cream from Delaco
  • 2 tablespoons Greek fat yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • for decoration: lemon slices

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pangasius fillets with grilled eggplant:

Eggplant washed and wiped with water, cut into slices and fry in a grill pan greased with a little olive oil. The fish is washed, dried with a clean kitchen towel or napkin, seasoned with salt, pepper, a little soy sauce and olive oil. Massage the fish with the ingredients and leave in the fridge until the others are ready.

For the sauce: mix all the ingredients, season to taste, crush the garlic and mix. Fry the fish in a grill pan greased with a little olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Serve the fish with lemon slices, eggplant and sauce on the plate.

Good appetite!!!

the fish is safest fried when it comes off easily with a spatula on the grill pan
