Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Peel boiled potatoes, cut into circles. Cut the pepper (half red and half green) into strips. Chop the onion with feathers.

Cut the sausage into thin slices.

Step 2: fry vegetables and sausage.

Fry the sausage in hot oil, and when it is browned, add onion and pepper. Stir fry until vegetables are softer.

Add potatoes and fry more 2 minutes. Set aside so that everything cools.

Step 3: beat the eggs.

Beat the eggs with grated parmesan.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: bake in the oven.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees. Lubricate the mold with butter (can be creamy, can be vegetable, so that the egg mass does not stick).
Transfer the fried vegetables and sausage into a baking dish.

Pour in a mixture of eggs and cheese and put in a hot oven on 20-25 minutesuntil the top is browned.

Step 5: serve the potato casserole with smoked sausage.

Serve the potato casserole hot. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
As you can see, total 40 minutesand you have a wonderful casserole on your table for the whole family.
Enjoy your meal!
