The main

  1. Raw smoked sausage 150 g
  2. Vegetable oil -2 tbsp taste
  3. Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
  4. Potato (boiled) 4 pcs.
  5. 5 eggs
  6. Parmesan 30 g
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste

Additionally

  1. Basil to taste
  2. Cherry Tomatoes to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Pour in a mixture of eggs and cheese and put in a hot oven on 20-25 minutesuntil the top is browned.

Step 5: serve the potato casserole with smoked sausage.


Serve the potato casserole hot. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
