  1. Salad (any) optional
  2. Chicken fillet (baked) 1 pc.
  3. Pumpkin slice
  4. Walnuts several pieces
  5. Green onions to taste
  6. Blueberry handful
  7. Walnut oil to taste
  8. Balsamic vinegar to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Chicken fillet cut into thin slices. Peel and divide the walnuts into halves or quarters. Wash and dry the berries, lettuce and onions.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces 0.5 cm thick. Salt, pepper, grease with olive oil on all sides.

Step 2: fry the pumpkin.

Preheat the grill and put slices of pumpkin in it in oil and spices (the grill itself is dry), put walnuts next to it.
Roast the pumpkin for 3-4 minutes on each side, it should become softer, but remain quite crispy. Do not hold nuts for a long time, just fry them a little to improve the taste and aroma.
Cut the fried pumpkin into strips.

Step 3: serve the salad with grilled pumpkin, chicken and nuts.

Put lettuce on a plate, on top chicken, pumpkin and blueberries with nuts. Pour walnut oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
