Detachable form, blender, mixer, saucepan, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.

Step 1: prepare the base of the cookies.

First, the base, it looks like a cheesecake here. That is, you need to melt 80 grams butter and chop cookies into crumbs.

For convenience, I first broke the cookie with a rolling pin, then sent it to the blender, and already there it became crumbs.

Mix the cookies with the butter and place it on the bottom of the detachable shape in an even layer and tamp well. Remove the base in the refrigerator for now.

Step 2: mix condensed milk with butter.

While the base is setting, prepare the filling. To do this, melt the remaining butter, add the boiled condensed milk into it and heat everything over low heat, stirring until you get a homogeneous mass.

Step 3: chop the bananas.

Peel and cut the bananas into thin slices.

Step 4: whip the cream.

Whip the cream just taken out of the fridge with powdered sugar. The cream should be greasy and cold, then very soon they will turn into a sweet airy foam.

Step 5: collect the layers of dessert together.

Remove the base from the refrigerator, put slices of bananas on it, pour them with boiled condensed milk with oil on top and smooth.

Cover everything with whipped cream, garnish with grated chocolate if desired and serve. Or you can give Banoffi a little cool.

Step 6: serve Banoffi.

Banoffi is served in the same way as a pie, that is, cut into portioned pieces and eaten with tea, coffee or any other unsweetened drink. This is a very tasty and unusual dessert. It can be cooked at least every day, but on the festive table, it will be very out of place.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- In some recipes, instead of boiled condensed milk, sugar viscous caramel is used.
