- Chicken fillet 2 pcs.

Step 1: stew the chanterelles.
Rinse the chanterelles well and soak them to remove forest dirt. Then chop the mushrooms. Chop the onion finely.
In butter over medium heat, fry the onions until transparent, add the chanterelles and fry 5 minutesstirring. Pepper, add parsley. Remove from heat.
Step 2: form the rolls.
Chicken fillet cut into flat pieces. Lightly, just a little beat them off. Salt and pepper each bite.
Sprinkle each with grated cheese, and on top add the chanterelles fried with onions.
Roll the fillet into rolls and dip them first in a beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Roll well.
Step 3: fry chicken rolls with chanterelles and cheese.
Fry chicken rolls in vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides. The oil should be enough to make the batter crispy and the chicken inside juicy.
Step 4: serve chicken rolls with chanterelles and cheese.
