1. In the cottage cheese, add eggs, salt, sugar and soda. Knead thoroughly with a fork. Then add vegetable oil and mix.

2. Add the flour and mix well. Sprinkle the work surface a little with flour and lay out the dough, knead it.

3. The dough is divided into 4 parts. From each we form a cake 7-8 mm thick. Using the shape, cut out the circles.

4. Well heat the pan with vegetable oil. We spread the curd dough in a pan and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

We put ready-made donuts from cottage cheese on a paper napkin to remove excess oil. If desired, curd donuts can be decorated with powder and served with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Have a nice tea party.
