Ingredients
- Tortellini 250 gr
- Zucchini or zucchini 1 medium
- Onion 1 large + 1 small onion
- Tomatoes 5-7 pcs medium size
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- Rosemary to taste
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Wine vinegar 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Celery root to taste
- Parsley root to taste

Cooking:
In a pot with plain water we put a whole onion, chopped celery root and parsley root. After boiling, salt and cook for 30-40 minutes.
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water. Take out, remove the skin and remove the seeds. Finely chop the onion. Cut the carrots and zucchini into small cubes. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry onions with carrots until onions are transparent. Add chopped zucchini. Then add the tomatoes, chopped rosemary leaves and squeeze the garlic.
Pour tortellini into another pan, pour vegetable broth. Cook for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package. Pour the tortellini with broth into a mixture of fried vegetables, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Turn off the heat. When the soup ceases to boil - add wine vinegar, mix.
