  1. Chicken fillet 1 pc.
  2. Broccoli Frozen Handful
  3. Egg 1 pc.
  4. Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Pepper to taste
  7. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1: prepare the minced meat.

Boil the broccoli in boiling water until soft and let cool.
Cut the chicken fillet with a knife very finely.

Mash broccoli with a knife and fork.

Mix thoroughly and refrigerate 30 minutes.
