Oatmeal Banana Fritters

Ingredients for Making Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Bananas 2 pieces
  2. Eggs 2 pieces
  3. Walnuts (ground) 50 grams
  4. Oatmeal 150 grams
  5. Cinnamon to taste
  6. Salt to taste

Step 1: chop bananas.

To make pancakes for this recipe, you will need ripe bananas. Peel them and put them on a plate.

The pulp of bananas is very soft, so you can crush it with an ordinary fork. Turn bananas into slurry.

Step 2: mix the dough.

Add eggs to bananas and mix well until smooth.

Add chopped nuts, cinnamon for a smell and a little salt.

Add oatmeal and then mix all the ingredients very well.

Step 3: fry the banana fritters with oatmeal.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and spread a dough for fritters with a tablespoon in it. Sauté on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Turn the fritters over only when the dough has set and the underside toasted.

Step 4: Serve the oatmeal banana fritters.

Serve banana pancakes hot for breakfast or as a dessert, only if the main dishes were not very hearty. Thanks to bananas, nuts and oatmeal, these pancakes are very nutritious, so this is a complete dish!
