  1. water 650 ml.
  2. flour 300 g ⠀ (I have whole grains)
  3. semolina 100 g. ⠀
  4. yolks 2 pcs. ⠀
  5. sugar 0.5 tsp ⠀
  6. vegetable oil 1 tsp ⠀
  7. yeast 0.5 tsp ⠀
  8. baking powder 0.5 tsp ⠀
  9. salt 1 chips.

  1. butter 50 g.
  2. honey 30 g
  • Main ingredients
  • Serving 10 Servings

Combine all dry ingredients: sifted flour (if you bake pancakes on top-grade flour, they will be white), semolina, sugar, yeast, and baking powder. ⠀

Pour in the oil, add the yolks, pour warm water into the stream and mix thoroughly. Beat the mass for 2 minutes. Cover with a towel and clean in a warm place for an hour and a half.

Gently mix the dough and pour the ladle into a slightly preheated pan without oil. The fire should be slightly less than average, I have a stove up to 9, baked for 3 on only one side. As the upper porous side dried up - the pancake is ready!

Separately, mix 50 grams of melted butter with 30 grams of honey and pour pancakes. Enjoy your meal!)
