Grate boiled potatoes on a fine grater. Mash the canned fish with a fork. Chop the onion very finely. Mix all the ingredients, add one yolk, 1 tbsp. semolina, salt, pepper, and knead potato dough. Form cutlets from it, fry in vegetable oil.
