- Chicken hearts 500g
- Beijing cabbage 400g
- Fresh cucumber 1pc
- Onion (optional) 1pc
- Yogurt (without additives) 3 tablespoons
- French mustard - 2 tsp
- Cheese 50g
- Salt to taste

Cooking:1. We wash the chicken hearts and cut off the fat. Boil in salted water until tender. Cut into circles.
2. Cut the Beijing cabbage. Three cheese on a fine grater.
