Ingredients

  1. Cottage cheese 450 gr.
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Baking powder 1,5 tsp
  5. Flour 350-400 gr.
  6. Cooking Oil
  7. Powdered sugar 1 tbsp

Cooking:

1) I put 450 gr in a bowl. cottage cheese. I will add 2 eggs to it, sugar to taste. I add 4 tsp. or 2 tbsp. I mix everything with a fork. Then 1.5 tsp baking powder for dough and flour. I add a little flour. It may need a little more or less, it all depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese. It is better to take dry cottage cheese, at least 5% fat. I knead the dough first in a bowl, then transfer the dough to the table and knead on the table. The dough should turn out soft, a little sticky.

2) I divide the dough into several parts, from each part I roll a flagellum. I cut it into pieces, about 8-10 cm long. Then with a fork I give the shape of a triangle with grooves. I’m sure to dip the fork into the flour, then I press it to the dough. I do this with every flagellum of dough. Of course, you can not give shape to the forks, and just fry the cubes, but, in my opinion, this is how the cottage cheese looks more interesting.

3) I fry the flagella in vegetable oil on three sides over medium heat until a beautiful golden color. Take off on paper towels.

4) Ready cottage cheese can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
