Sweet Potato Soup


  1. Sweet Potato 2 medium tubers
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. Olive oil 1 tsp
  4. 1 tsp curry powder
  5. Smoked paprika 1/2 tsp
  6. Corn starch 1 tsp
  7. Water 500 ml
  8. Vegetable bouillon cube 1 pc.
  9. Canned tomatoes in their own juice 400 g

Peel the sweet potato and dice it.

Chop the garlic. Fry the sweet potato with garlic on a teaspoon of olive oil, adding curry, smoked paprika and corn starch. Add 2 tbsp to the pan. cold water, mix well. Then pour another 500 ml of water, crumble the bouillon cube, add canned tomatoes. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 20 minutes. Pour the soup into a blender, mashed and can be served. Enjoy your meal!
