Cooking:

We spread the breast fillet on a hot grill for about 4 minutes - this is ideal, it is important not to overdry.

Add 70% of the sauce to the lettuce leaves and mix evenly, add crackers and grated parmesan. Spread on a plate, add baked tomatoes and chicken, a little sauce on the fillet, Sprinkle with grated cheese on top! Enjoy your meal!)
