  1. 1/2 romaine lettuce salad

Step 1: make crackers.

Cut the bread into cubes, put in one layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with granulated garlic, pour a little olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature 200 degrees. After cool.

Step 2: cook the shrimp.

To prepare the dressing, add the remaining garlic and mustard to the mayonnaise, mix well, salt, pepper, mix again and add to the salad.
Sprinkle the salad with croutons and grated or flaked parmesan on top. Serve right away.
