  7. Flour 440 g
  8. Chicken egg 1 pc.
  9. Vegetable oil (for form lubrication) 2 tbsp. l

  2. Milk 10 ml.

So, pour warm milk into the bowl, pour in the yeast and stir well.

Add sugar, sour cream, salt, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.

Sift the flour, knead the dough and cover with cling film (or a towel) and leave to approach for 30 minutes.

Next, mix sugar with cinnamon.

Cut apples into slices.

Knead the dough a little, divide it into 2 parts and roll it out with a thickness of about 6-7 mm. Using a glass, cut circles with a diameter of 7 cm.

Roll apple slices in sugar with cinnamon, put on each circle of dough, pinch it.

We arrange in a circle the baking dish (I have a shape with a diameter of 30 cm), covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil.
