Ingredients

Dough

Flour 315 g
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 170 g
Cold water 8 tbsp.

Filling

Apples 1200 g
Sugar 150 g
Flour 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Milk (for lubrication) 1 tbsp.
Brown sugar (for sprinkling charlotte) 1 tbsp

Cooking:

Step 1.

Add salt and mix into the sifted flour, add soft butter cut into small pieces and a fork, mix well with flour, add cold water and knead the dough until smooth.

Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Peel and core apples, cut into medium sized pieces.

Add sugar, cinnamon, ground nutmeg, flour to the prepared apples and mix well.
