Ingredients

Cooking:

Chop cabbage, eggplant, pepper and tomatoes into cubes. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil, pour the onions into the pan and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add carrots, after each ingredient you need to mix, then add pepper and eggplant and cabbage, then salt, pepper, add tomatoes and tomato paste. Pour half a glass of water, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
