  1. Water 1 liter
  2. Boiled beets 500 gr.
  3. Boiled potato 2 pcs.
  4. Cucumbers 4 pcs.
  5. Hard boiled egg 5 pcs.
  6. Radish 6 pcs.
  7. Sausage 400 gr.
  8. Dill 10 gr.
  9. Chives 10 gr.
  10. Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
  11. Lemon (juice) 1 pc.
  12. Sugar 3 tsp
  13. Salt to taste to taste
  14. Ground black pepper to taste
  15. Mustard to taste
  16. Horseradish to taste
  17. Sour cream 100 gr.

Step 1.

Boil the potatoes and cut into cubes, grate hard-boiled eggs on a fine grater, cut the vegetables and sausage into strips. Finely chop dill and chives. Grate boiled beets.

Step 2

Pour 1 liter of mineral water into the grated beets, add salt, sugar, ground black pepper, vinegar and lemon juice, bring the marinade to taste.

Step 3

Pour two soup ladles of beet marinade into a plate, put in equal proportions potatoes, cucumbers, egg, radish, sausage, dill and green onions.

Step 4

Add salt, ground pepper, horseradish, mustard if desired. Serve with sour cream. If desired, you can add ice. Enjoy your meal!
