Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- Parsley root 1 piece
- Celery Root 1/4
- Onion 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste (and optional)
- Vinegar to taste (and optional)
- Natural and thick yogurt, can be replaced with sour cream to taste
- Main ingredients: Onion, Carrot, Celery, Yogurt, Sour Cream, Greens
- Serving 2 servings
Inventory:
Grater, salad bowl, spoon.
Cooking:
Step 1: peel the vegetables.

Peel the root vegetables and rinse thoroughly. Rinse greens and dry. Peel the onion.
Step 2: three vegetables.

Grate parsley, celery and carrots on a medium grater.
Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the remaining vegetables.
Step 3: chop the greens.

Finely chop the parsley with a knife. And add to other ingredients.
Step 4: mix carrot, parsley and celery salad.

Mix all the vegetables.

Add to taste sugar, salt, vinegar and natural yogurt or sour cream (it's all a matter of taste).

Mix well so that the salad is saturated with dressing, and the sugar and salt separate.
Step 5: serve carrot, parsley and celery salad.

Serve carrots, parsley and celery as a cold snack. Especially tasty with meat dishes.
