Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in different bowls, leaving the egg whites to cool until they beat for the meringue. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until they increase considerably in volume, add the walnuts, then the flour, the baking powder, the rum and finally the milk. Mix lightly until all the ingredients are well incorporated, then pour the dough into a tray lined with baking paper. The tray with the obtained dough is placed in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, for approx. 20 minutes, baking only halfway.

Beat the egg whites vigorously with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar and caster sugar until a compact foam is obtained, as for meringues.

When the top is baked just lightly on the surface, remove from the oven, grease with a generous layer of peach jam, then put the beaten egg whites. With the back of a damp spoon, make meringue tips. Put the tray back in the oven at 150 degrees C, for approx. 25 minutes until lightly browned.

Good luck and good luck!

Peach jam with lavender

The peaches are washed, the seeds are removed and cut into small cubes, after which 1000 g are weighed. The lavender flowers are washed, the stems are removed and crushed.

Peaches, lemon juice and lavender flowers are placed in a large pot. Mix Gelfix Classic 1: 1 with 2 tablespoons of sugar, then add over the fruit mass and mix.

Stir continuously over medium heat, add the remaining sugar and bring to a boil. Continue boiling for 3 minutes.

Cooking time: 3 minutes

Remove the foam and immediately fill the jars prepared and sterilized in advance. Close with screw caps, turn over and leave to rest on the lid for about 5 minutes.

Instead of fresh lavender flowers you can also use 3 teaspoons of dried lavender flowers.

    Cake with magiun and meringue

Cake with magiun and meringue or black with magiun and meringue as many know it is a cake very dear to me. I also found it under the name of & # 8222day night & # 8221, but for me it remains a cake with magiun and meringue.

I think she's as old as me and I probably grew up together, because I remember my mother doing it so often. It is for this reason that I believe that no matter how many good-looking and special cakes I make, from time to time I return to the taste of childhood. And I will always return to her.

Not to mention the ingredients, because they are so simple and you probably already have them in the pantry. Admittedly, I think my mother made it with margarine, not butter, but I chose to make it a little healthier. It must be much tastier with butter. It's not bad if you choose to make it with margarine, after all everyone cooks the way they want in the kitchen and who am I to tell you that butter is much healthier than margarine? The role of this blog is not food education and neither is my role to decide what ingredients you use.

So we tell you that from time to time I choose to go back to childhood recipes and I think that sometimes you miss it too, so I recommend 2 old and delicious recipes, with which I am convinced that you have grown up.

Blackberry with apples and meringue, without sugar

I couldn't help but accept the wonderful challenge of testing natural sweeteners from Organic Linnea, so I prepared this delicious recipe for Blackberry with apples and meringue, without sugar.

I replaced sugar with two types of natural sweeteners Sweeten & # 8211 sugar-free nostalgia and I can honestly say that I especially liked the taste of the blackberry.

The taste is slightly influenced by these sweeteners, but positively, in my opinion.

I don't know if I can detail the taste in words, but it's something fresh, something refreshing, something that conquered me.

And I've been serving coffee for some time, sweetened with stevia sweetener sticks, or stevia sweetener & # 8211 tablets, even though at first I wasn't attracted to it because I served it with honey.

    Homemade goodies

Thanks For the recipe, now I'm trying it, but please for the future give us more details, for beginners, put the ingredients together in the meringue, temperature and type of oven, etc. If they seem normal to you, we are still learning. Thanks, good luck. Answer, yes put the egg whites together with the sugar and beat until if you turn the bowl upside down, the composition does not fall, and the temperature 180 & # 176C up and down with air for 12 minutes, add the meringue until golden. I calculate that the meringue grows. Great appetite

for the counter you mentioned that you also need a packet of butter but then, in the preparation mode, you didn't specify it anywhere. do you need butter or not? and for meringue I guess you need 6 egg whites and not yolks as you went to the ingredients. anyway thanks for the recipe. I will try it today.

Yes, there are egg whites in the meringue :)) I apologize for the mistake, and the butter is mentioned, it is rubbed with sugar and yolks

Blackberry with cherries - simple and delicious

The combination of cake with chocolate and fruit is irresistible for many of us. Especially if we use slightly sour fruits, whose taste perfectly compliments the sweetness and creaminess of the cake. I made you want to, didn't I?

Today we offer you a recipe that is as simple as it is tasty and fine. A blackie (brownie) with cherries, delicious, fine, fluffy and very good-looking. You can do this with fresh cherries or sour cherries. Or you can use cherries / cherries from compote, jam and even sour cherry, & icircn time of year & icircn where you can't find fresh fruit.

    • 200 g butter
    • 80 g dark chocolate
    • 150 g sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 50 g cocoa
    • 150 g of flour
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 250 g cherries
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • a pinch of salt
    • powdered sugar for decoration

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain marie or microwave. When it has melted, pour it over the butter at room temperature and mix well with the mixer, until it is homogeneous and has a creamy appearance.

Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they form a foam, but not too hard. You will beat the yolks with the sugar and vanilla essence, also with the mixer, until they lighten a little in color.

Pour the yolk cream over the egg whites and incorporate with a spatula. Pour the chocolate mixed with the butter and mix well.

Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and start to put a spoonful over the previously made mixture. Stir in from the bottom up with a spatula or a whisk. When you have finished incorporating the dry ingredients, pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and add the pitted cherries on top. The cake has already formed a crust and the cherries will remain on the surface.

    Bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool completely, after which you can serve it as such or with powdered sugar on top.

You have to see it too.
