  • Main Ingredients Sausage and Sausage, Eggs, Milk, Flour
  • Portion 1-2

Frying pan, mixer, plate, knife, spatula

Step 1: prepare the batter.

Beat the egg yolk with water, vegetable oil and wheat flour until smooth.

Beat egg white with a pinch of salt in a lush foam. To prevent the mixer from warming up, begin to beat at low speeds, gradually increasing until you achieve the desired result.

Gently (without mixer) mix the protein foam with the dough.

Step 2: fry the sausage in batter.

From the sausage, naturally, remove the shell. Cut the sausage into thick slices. I had enough batter for 8 slices.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. With a fork, prick the pieces of sausage, dip them first in the batter, and then send them to the pan. Sauté on medium heat until golden brown.

Step 3: serve the sausage in batter.

Put the sausage in batter on a plate, garnish a serving with slices of lemon and tomato, you can add greens. Serve hot.
Enjoy your meal!
