I did not use exact weights in this recipe. It can be prepared "by eye".

Wheat ingredient:

You can make this raw-vegan cake in two ways:

1. Either soak the dried fruit in hot water for a few minutes, and then blend them (goji separately).
2. Either pass them through the meat grinder and get a sticky paste, which you can thicken with ground seeds or cereals (it is the best option).

Prepare the worktop first, ie the first layer.

Use 2-3 hands of dates and raisins. Put them through the mincer. You will get a sticky paste.

Continue to drive the walnut kernel and sunflower kernel through the car.

Mix the date and raisin paste with the ground seeds and walnuts. Then add a little cocoa powder and mix.

If the composition is soft, add ground oatmeal as much as it contains. Add the rum essence and mix. You need to get a thick paste.

Place the paste in a round shape and press the composition well into an even layer. We used a small 18 cm cooking ring.

Then prepare the second layer, or apple cream. We used 3 apples, which we passed through the grater with small holes.

I sprinkled them with lemon juice and vanilla essence and then mixed them with coconut and oatmeal. The composition should not flow at all.

Apply the apple cream over the first layer and level.

Prepare the third layer, which is goji cream. This layer is optional if you do not have goji.

Put a few hands of goji berries through the meat grinder and sweeten them with a few teaspoons of honey.

Then mix them with coconut flakes, until a solid, non-flowing cream results.

Spread the goji cream over the apple layer and even out with the back of a spoon.

Decorate the cake to taste, if desired.
